ABOUT
Lola’s short film THE EGG AND THE THIEVING PIE was supported by the WIF Finishing Fund in 2017 and selected for competition in Edinburgh International Film Festival in 2019.
Lola is a two-time recipient of the BAFTA LA Scholarship (2018-19) and graduated with an MFA in directing from The American Film Institute in 2021. Her short film KISSY AND THE SHARK was supported by the BAFTA GSA Commissioning Grant and won best short and director at Austin Film Festival in 2022.
She attended the Cine Qua Non screenwriting lab to develop her first feature and is currently writing her second feature film for Gracie Films under the mentorship of James L. Brooks.
Lola is a member of the WGA and is signed with Sandra Lucchesi at Gersh Agency and Gabrielle Lewis and Jeremy Platt at Grandview Management.
Lola splits her time between London and LA.
